ED MARTIN FILING FED COMPLAINT AGAINST RUSS CARNAHAN

Congressional candidate Ed Martin is poised to file a federal complaint on Friday against opponent and incumbent Cong. Russ Carnahan for therealedmartin.com website. The site alleges pedophilia at the St. Louis Archdiocese where Martin worked as a lawyer and whose work was never involved in the scandal. Monday night in South City, an observer will likely find a large gathering in St. Gabriels the Archangel Catholic Church. Presided over by St. Louis Auxiliary Bishop Robert Hermann, there will be a prayer for the nation on the eve of election day. One wonders if Bishop Hermann, a native of Ste. Genevieve, Mo., will comment on the Carnahan-Martin election – or if by the presence of Hermann in St. Gabe’s – the home parish of Martin – is sending message enough.

Shouldn’t Ed Martin and Bishop Hermann be more focused on protecting innocent children from the rampant pedophilia in the Catholic church?! Martin is just politically grandstanding!
Be glad when this is over…whoever wins..look at the low level of hotel and motel occupancy and our empty airport it isnt even winter…look at what 2 decades without a downtown performing arts center has done to our convention, group travel and travel business and start promoting Kiel Opera House HUGE.
I hope every catholic tells those in their pew about Carnahan this Sunday
Ed Martin as an attorney for the Archdiocese did defend the pedophile priests against the alter boy plaintiffs.
If Russ Carnahan made a statement like this to a jewish or black person they would be outrage in the community. Being Catholic is no diferent. I am sick and tired of being attacked because I am Catholic. Not a smart move Russ.
