Lee  Enterprises, Inc.,  publisher of the Post-Dispatch,  has filed a lawsuit against the Newspaper Guild of St. Louis and reporters  Joanne Diaz, Phyllis Librach and Robert Melsheimer regarding the employees retirement income.  The lawsuit was filed June 29 in Missouri Eastern District Court.
