St. Louis fed court saying it won’t help Belleville Bishop Edward Braxton pay for pedophile priest lawsuits involving Fr. Raymond Kownacki because it can only cover actions by church staff “within the scope of their respective duties.”  The firm is repped by local barrister Timothy Muehlieisen.  In the same court, St. Louis barrister Ken Chackles is suing the Massac Unit School District in Metropolis, IL over alleged child sex crimes by ex-teacher Darryl Bentson. . .
