Stefan Sarafianos, lead researcher at Mizzou, has been working with the University of Pittsburgh and the University of Minnesota to create meds that target an enzyme in HIV. He and his team believe they have enough knowledge about the enzyme that causes AIDS. . .Missouri leads the nation in the rate of African-American homicides followed by Pennsylvania, Michigan, Nebraska and Oklahoma. The D.C.-based Violence Policy Center says there were 34.86 homicides per 100,000 black residents – more than seven times the overall national rate of 4.42 per 100,000 in 2010. . .Shaun Hayes and Chris Janson, partners in Hawthorne Asset Advisors, have split, vacating company offices at 303 north Broadway. Hawthorne specialized in re-negotiating bad bank loans. Attorney Michal Kohn is being investigated by the Missouri Bar Association in regards to his activities in the matters. Speaking of St. Louis’ sleazist ex-banker, he has just been sued again by Robert C. Byrne, Jr. for $100K on a defaulted promissory note. He now has more suits than Joseph A. Bank and The Men’s Warehouse combined!
Stop the presses: This just in. Another fool, Ira T. David, loaned the sleazy ex-banker $54.8K which was never paid. Then David was stupid enough to enter into a consent judgment with Hayes on Jan 4th for re-payment. It’s so hard to believe anyone would continue to do business and loan money to such a crook. David is just another fool who parted with his money!! And bet the farm he will never receive one cent from sleaze bag Hayes.

Shaun Hayes and his far-flung bankster and lawyer slime have ruined more lives than Bernie Madoff. The Big Law firm that he and the other banksters used, along with the foreclosure court judges that rule on procedural games to keep the facts from ever being heard, should have all their lawyers disbarred. But, as one of the lawyers in the schemes is so fond of saying: “I may be disbarred someday, but by then I’ll have so much money it won’t matter.” Or, as another said after doing Hayes’ bidding: “Oh, well, I guess there’s nothing here, but I’m sure they(the falsely accused) must have done something wrong in the past they deserve to be punished for.”
